As you plan your dream vacation here, you’ll face the delightful dilemma of choosing between two equally enchanting suite options: the Swim Up suite and the Sky View suite. It’s like having to decide between two luscious scoops of ice cream – both irresistibly tempting, but you can only pick one! …or maybe not?!? We picked both!
Swim Up Suites
Hey there, friend! Let me tell you about the awesome Swim Up suites at the Majestic Mirage Resort in Punta Cana. They’re like a pool lover’s dream come true! Picture this: you open the door to your room, and there it is, the pool, just a hop, skip, and a jump away! No need to trek across the resort to take a dip; you’re practically swimming from your bedroom!
But wait, it gets better – you’ve got your very own private jacuzzi tub on the terrace and a super cozy Bali bed at the water’s edge. It’s like having your own little piece of poolside paradise! Now, I know what you’re thinking – is it crowded? Nope, don’t worry! The only people you’ll be hanging around with are other guests staying in the swim-up suites. It’s like an exclusive pool hangout with new friends! Oh, and listen to this – the resort has attendants roaming around, bringing drinks right to you in the pool. You just have to swim to the edge! Talk about VIP treatment!
Inside the suite is a spacious living and dining area to unwind and a separate bedroom and bath area for some real rest and relaxation with beautiful glass paneled doors separating the two areas. Oh, and did I mention the massive soaking tub? Bubble bath extravaganza, anyone? So, my friend, if you’re all about that poolside fun and living the high life, the Swim Up suites are the way to go! 🏊♂️🍹🛁✨

Sky View (Roof Top) Suites
Now that we’ve looked at the Swim-Up Suites, let’s talk about the Sky View Suites. Imagine climbing a flight a stairs in your suite and you open the door to a private rooftop terrace ! That’s right – your own little piece of rooftop paradise. And guess what’s up there? A giant hot tub, a Bali bed, and shower! We spent some time in the hot tub and then took a nap outside on the Bali bed – it was glorious! It’s like having a personal spa oasis under the stars.
Whether you’re a sunrise or a sunset kind of person – or both, this rooftop spot promises breathtaking views that’ll leave you in awe. Sip your morning coffee while the sun peeks over the horizon or unwind with a glass of bubbly as the sky paints a spectacular canvas at dusk. It’s a front-row seat to nature’s most dazzling shows!
Inside the suite, you’ll find comfort and luxury as well. However, this room was not as spacious as the Swim-Up Suite inside, but you had a very large private outdoor space to make up for it. The rainfall shower was amazing though. No complaints from us!

Decision Time: Swim Up Suite or Sky View Suite
There are pros and cons to both type of suites. As I mentioned earlier, we have stayed in both. We truly enjoyed both and I don’t think you can make a wrong choice. I prefer the Swim Up Suite and Steve prefers the Sky View Suite. The Swim Up Suite is more expensive, but not by much.
